Payment, Refund & Upgrade Policy
We believe in transparency and fairness for all members:
- All payments are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Membership starts from your joining date and ends after the plan validity (1 year).
- If you miss a meeting, it will not be rescheduled or carried forward unless we cancel it from our end.
🔼 Upgrade Policy
- You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime by paying the full amount of the new plan.
- The upgrade will be treated as a fresh membership —
- Your new validity will start from the date of upgrade (not from your old plan date).
- Any unused days, meetings, or deliverables from the previous plan will not be adjusted or carried forward.
- Upgrades are optional but recommended for members who want more visibility, meetings, and promotional benefits.

If you are on Plan 1 and upgrade to Plan 2 on 15th January, your new Plan 2 membership will run from 15 January – 14 January next year.
Plan 1 benefits will stop immediately and will not be refunded or extended.
